Luxurious modern villa with full service and sea view of Formentera and the old town of Ibiza

There are six elegant double rooms:
Bedroom 1: master bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom, sea views, large living room-terrace and dressing room.
The remaining five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the lower level: two have sea views and all have air conditioning. All rooms have Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.

DINING ROOM AND LIVING ROOM
Two large sofas  in the living room next to the open kitchen. Sliding glass doors make the indoor kitchen, dining room and lounge area flow naturally into the outdoor dining area. The dining table on the terrace seats 12 and high quality matching crockery, cutlery and glassware are supplied.

KITCHEN
2 refrigerators and 1 freezer.
2 dishwashers, 4-plate induction unit
1 x oven with grill and microwave.

ABROAD
The pool has a gas barbecue and can accommodate 12 people. Individual sun loungers are available on the spacious terrace next to the pool.

POOL
The 10 x 5 m saltwater pool overlooks the sea.
The saltwater pool is gentle on eyes, skin and blonde hair, and has daily maintenance.

CHILDREN
Cots, high chairs and a selection of toys can be provided.

MUSIC: iPod docking stations are available everywhere.

ENTERTAINMENT: There is a large flat screen television in the game room.

INTERNET: The villa has high speed fiber internet, average download speed of 50MB
