From the front you can experience the most spectacular sunrises on Ibiza and from the back a lush view of the tropical garden with it’s waterfalls.

The Exotic Tropical Garden is a tranquil Oasis

It has one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in Spain with a 40 meter swimming pool and a stunning infinity pool on a cliff above the ocean. It even includes a one-hole private golf course. This really is one of the most spectacular properties in Europe.

The tropical garden is lined with hundreds of different palm trees, 1,000 year old olive trees, two lakes and a waterfall which offers a perfect place to rest in total privacy. Some of the properties cactus trees are more than 4 meters tall. Most of the palm trees are imported from Asia and Africa. The garden was constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape architect Jaime Mitjans.

The gardens are cultivated over a long period of time. It is a unique collection of mature palms, enriched with varieties of luxuriant trees and plants, including an expanse of bamboo and cactus garden. There are two small lakes with waterfalls, a tea house in a fishing pond and wooden bridges crossing over rippling brooks streaming by tropical garden patios. From every angle within this wonderfully secluded estate, the tropical flora and fauna are extraordinary.

The Swimming Deck offers private access to the bay

The swimming deck is rare feature on Ibiza. Walk down a rope secured coastal path, with solid stone stairs and arrive at your own private sunbathing and swimming dock.
