The house was built by the famous architect Carlos RojasMadrid, while the decoration was entrusted to Paco Teran,known Spanish designer who designed and manufacturedthe furniture, rugs and lighting, creating a subtle blend ofcontemporary minimalism and ethnicity.

The living room (150 m2) offers a spectacular view of the pool and the sea and includes a winter living room with fireplace, a TV room and a reading corner. The large dining table can accommodate 10 people.

Area office and library is located next to the TV room withBlu–ray and sound base for the iPod with Bose speakersinside and outside.

The kitchen (55m2) is separated from the lounge by asliding door 3m x 3m. The appliances are Neff and the prestigious Liebherr refrigerator. It also has a laundry roomof 15m2 which offers numerous storage spaces and havea Miele washing machine and dryer.

At the top, overlooking the sea, there are 4 rooms (23 to28 m2), all with balcony, bathroom en suite, dressing room, flat screen TV and satellite dish.

The guest house (45m2) has a private terrace and offers its occupants a spectacular view of the sea. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen with bar, dressing room and lounge. TV swivel allows a 360 º towatch TV from bed or lounge.

The villa has 3 pools: one with overflow is located at the level of the covered terrace, the second (3 x 15 m) isbelow the garden, and finally, the third is an indoor poollocated at upstream level there we find a separate apartment for staff (room, bathroom and kitchen), ahammam and a jacuzzi for 8 people with sea views.
