San Agustin is one of the smallest villages of Ibiza and has a nice restaurant Can Berri. Perfectly situated for exploring the southern beaches such as Cala Conta or Cala Bassa.

The villa is situated on a fenced plot of 2,600 m2 with various fruit trees and an automatic gate.
